FAQS

  • For personal styling- do you work with non-local clients?

Yes yes yes. I work with people all over the place and can easily style you and work with your wardrobe from afar. The magic of zoom and a strong wifi signal make every one of these services accessible to you.

  • Which platform will you use for my website?

Squarespace. It's exceptionally user-friendly and intuitive which makes it easy for you to handle any updates you might need to make after you launch. Moreover, with added functionalities such as memberships and course product capabilities, your website is poised to easily scale with your business and with you.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! Payments for any brand design, website design, or online presence package are divided into 3 installments:

→ 1/3 deposit to book your project

→ 1/3 due after the design approval

→ 1/3 due at conclusion of design. Ownership transfer will be made after final payment.

  • Do you design your own graphics and fonts or do you just use Canva?

While I think Cava is helpful for creating content and graphics for social media and presentations I use the Adobe creative suite (illustrator and photoshop) for all my design work. I don’t specialize in typography but I always outsource unique and often hand-drawn fonts from excellent small business designers.

  • What additional costs should I expect?

Depending on your needs and marketing strategy, there are various additional costs. Here are the typical add ons:

Squarespace Plan: I recommend the Business plan from Squarespace. You can pay monthly or save with the annual plan. This will be an ongoing expense for as long as the website is live. Bonus- you get a 20% discount for your first year if you work with me!

Domain: If you purchase your domain from Squarespace, it’s free for your first year. After that, domains typically range from $10-$45 per year depending.

Email Address: A custom email address from Google Workspace that matches your domain. On eligible Squarespace billing plans, you’ll receive a free year of the Google Workspace Starter plan. When you sign up for Google Workspace through Squarespace, you’ll manage your email account billing through Squarespace, but use Google's interface to access your emails, calendars, and documents.

Schedule Software: I generally recommend working with Acuity Scheduling as it’s built into Squarespace, but we are able to integrate with any scheduling platform of your choice.

Email Marketing: I recommend using Squarespace Email Campaigns for email marketing to keep everything easily accessible in one space.

  • Do you offer ongoing design and content maintenance?

Yep. I have monthly support packages to fit most small business content needs. Schedule a complimentary call to learn more!
